2015, before my service year as a youth corps member, going out for evangelism, I saw a full grown boy shedding tears profusely, I could not open my Bible, neither was I able to mention Christ to him, I didn’t say, “Depart in peace, all is well.”
I simply asked, “what is wrong my friend?” After much conversation with him, I realized he was a victim of a divided home. Women have become punching bags to not man enough husbands; well this will be a topic for another day.
I gave him the little I had on me because he hasn’t eaten anything, I wiped his tears with my COMFORTING words and prayed with him thereafter, before I could say to him, all is well.
So many children are victims of divided homes, exposed to violence and abuse, and some of these children are just right behind us, waiting for a warm embrace from someone that will say “I CARE.”
Help someone today to see a bright future tomorrow.
You can help someone by sharing… Yearn to impart lives

This is really true…wish we could all learn to look at others and see beyond our own needs

Yes, you’d be surprised what taking the time to listen and comfort someone can do for that person. Not to mention the sense of gratitude it reinforces in you. Keep it up!
